 Description

 Flagyl 400mg tablet or 100ml injection and flagyl syrup is a antibiotics medicine. its generic name is metronidazole. 

it is used to treatment in the infection of the stomach intestine , liver lungs, heart, vagina and akin problems . it is also used in the combination with other antibiotics. 

this medicine work or acts by killing the bacteria and preventing the spread of infections . 

 flagyl 400mg tablet may show some common side effects such as dizziness , diarrhoea , stomach ache , metallic taste in mouth. 

 these side are mild and may subside by themselves. consult a doctor if you has in any problem in these symptoms. avoid consuming alcohol as it may lead to undesired effects like nausea , stomach discomfort and vomiting. do not take this medicine if you are allergic to it or with out of any professional doctor recommend. 

flagyl 400mg tablet should be taken after food . take flagyl medicine as prescribed your doctor. take it every day as the same time . do not take more than the prescribed dose .

 you should be complete the course even you feel better. flagyl 400mg tablet is good medicine but this is not suitable for every person or all peoples. if you have liver problems , low blood count than early inform your doctor. inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before taking this medicine.  

 IMPORTANT ABOUT METRONIDAZOLE.

Do not drink alcohol or consum foods and medicine that contains prophylene glycol while you are taking metronidazole and for at least 3 days after you stop taking it.

 Flagyl Injection.

Flagyl injection is a prescription medicine used to treatment symptoms of anaerobic bacterial infections , bacterial vaginosis and tichomonas amebiasis. flagyl injection may used alone or combined with other medicines . 

Flagyl Injection Dose. 

 flagyl 100ml injection dose for adults . you may recommend three times every second dose after 8 hours in a day . flagyl injection 100ml can be used in the 45 second or 1 hour. set the drop speed very carefully if patient above 20 years age than drop speed should be 4  or 5 second per drop. 

FLAGYL SYRUP.

 For children 8 week to 12 years age .

the usual daily dose 20 or 30mg per kg/per day as a single dose or divided into 7.5mg per/kg every 8 hours .
